Smoothie:
1 cup pure orange juice
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
2 cups frozen fruit (I used peaches, cherries, wild blueberries and pineapple)
Put all ingredients in a high powered blender like a Ninja.
Cereal:
Kellogg’s Raisin Bran
Milk
