One of my favourite breakfasts is so simple to make:
1 slice of your favourite whole grain bread
1 egg
1/2 avocado
splash of lime juice
salt and pepper to taste
Toast your whole grain bread and set aside. Smash avocado and add lime juice, salt and pepper. Scramble your egg (if you prefer, you could use a fried egg). Spread avocado on your toast and add the egg on top. Easy! You can have a lot of fun experimenting with different toppings. Sometimes I add tomato slices or some shredded cheese, even mixed greens. This is a quick and satisfying breakfast, enjoy!
